This panel will focus on the recent expanded use of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the implications for U.S. companies and law firms, using China as a specific topic of discussion. Speakers include scholars, practitioners, and former US government officials with deep experience in FCPA issues. Topics will include an overview of FCPA issues, with a special emphasis on their application to China; the U.S. government perspective, on both the investigations and policy side; and issues that clients and attorneys encounter in attempting to comply with or defend against FCPA actions.
Program is free of charge, but prior registration is required. Early registration is strongly encouraged. R.S.V.P. to [email protected].
This event will take place in the McNally Ampitheatre of Fordham Law School.
